Who we are

I began my journey in health and transformation coaching over a decade ago, working with clients one on one in all areas of health and wellness. As time went on, I discovered most of my clients needed what we all need— comprehensive energy alignment in all areas— physcially, energetically, mentally, and spiritually. It is very hard to be strong in one area of life when the rest is lacking. Having spent many years in the beauty industry, working with image, fashion, hair, makeup, and modeling, I learned the importance of an all-encompassing glow-up—physical image alone doesn’t mean much without the energetic foundations, to make a fully actualized person— I had a deep understanding of how physical health, and energetic health aren’t interchangeable, you can’t truly have one without the other.

I become certified in life coaching, nutrition, health coaching, and psychical training by top institutions including the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NASM, and Harvard Medical School, However, my true skills lie in my intuitive guidance, and energy work training.

Having gone through my own journey of self discovery, trial and errors, unexplained health issues, and losses, I found my way through an intense energetic alignment, and mental and spiritual awakening. I quickly learned that I didn’t seem to belong in any type of “category” or group of people, although I was constantly looking for those who were awakened and tired of the old paradigm of society. Those who know they are meant for more than the slavery, drudgery, sickness, and fear of what has been our reality has been for too long. So I began EvolveEra to create a community of like-minded individuals, who are awakening during this paradigm shift of reality, ready to step into their highest timeline, transform their lives, live authentically, look and feel their best, and help raise the collective consciousness to usher in this new era that us upon us.
